Privacy Policy

"Dialix", "we", or "us" refers to the Dialix project. Dialix is a source-available, self-hosted PBX and call center. When you deploy Dialix on your own infrastructure, you are the data controller for everything your installation processes.

This policy applies only to the public website at dialix.app and the release downloads it serves. Reach us about privacy at privacy@dialix.app.

We keep data collection on the website to a minimum. We do not require an account to browse or to download the Community edition.

• Usage analytics — anonymized, aggregated page views and performance metrics via Vercel Analytics. No cross-site tracking cookies.
• Notify / contact submissions — if you submit an email to be notified about upcoming products, we store that address only to send the update you asked for.
• Server logs — standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

Nothing is sent to us. Call detail records, recordings, transcripts, voicemail, tenant data, and user accounts stay entirely within your own deployment. Dialix does not phone home, and we have no access to your installation or its data.

• To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data the website holds about you, and to opt out of communications.
