By accessing dialix.app or downloading, installing, or running Dialix, you agree to these terms. If you are using Dialix on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms on its behalf.

Dialix is source-available software. Your use of the source code and releases is governed by the license published in the project repository, which controls in the event of any conflict with these terms. [⚠️ LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED — reference the exact license name and terms.]

The Community edition is free to self-host. The All-features edition unlocks AI, multi-tenant hosting, the client portal, and related capabilities for €10 per tenant, per month, billed by tenant count rather than by seat.

• You are responsible for your own deployment, including its security, backups, availability, and the data it processes.
• You must comply with all telecommunications, recording-consent, and data-protection laws that apply to your use, including how you handle calls and customer data.
• You must not use Dialix for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive calling.

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer access controls of, or gain unauthorized access to the website, the admin area, or the download infrastructure.

The website and software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialix and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the website or software.
